Founded in 2022, Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters was born from a simple conviction: that exceptional coffee shouldn't require a city to find it. In the high desert of Winnemucca, we've built a roastery that honors the craft while serving a community that values authenticity.

Every batch is roasted on-site with meticulous attention to temperature curves, development time, and flavor profile. We source green beans from trusted growers and roast them in small quantities to ensure consistency and freshness in every bag.
